AGGRESSIVE AND EXPERIENCED REPRESENTATION
BOTH FELONIES AND MISDEMEANORS:
For almost 2 decades (since 1991), first as an investigator, and then an attorney (licensed since 2000), I
have fought to uphold the constitutional rights of the accused against powerful governmental entities.
As an Investigator I helped defend an individual accused of possessing 70 tons of hashish (this is the
largest drug-bust in the history of the U.S.) I have also helped represent an individual federally charged
with 38 counts under the RICO Act; and I've worked on a case involving the Japanese Yakuza versus a
government agent who had claimed to represent the late Michael Jackson.
Now as a Criminal Defense Lawyer, I am singularly dedicated to defending the accused against an
adversary that has an almost unlimited source of tax money to pursue the prosecution of accused
individuals whether they are guilty or innocent, or somewhere in between.
Because of the inequitable financial imbalance inherent in this system, a creative and tenacious defense is
required.
As a creative and tenacious professional, dedicated to defending the accused, I am a lawyer you can count
on to have your back. I will fight hard to get you an acquittal, or if that is not attainable; then a resolution in
your favor.
When seeking a lawyer, ask yourself, what is this person's motivation? Then ask them, are they a former
Prosecutor? Then ask: why did they switch sides? Were they fired or laid off, or was it because they
thought they would make more money as a defense lawyer? Then ask yourself again, what motivates
them? Do you want someone to take your money and then plead you out? Or do you want someone who
will FIGHT for you ON PRINCIPLE?
I have NEVER worked to put people in jail or prison. I was NEVER a Prosecutor or a Police Officer - and I
WOULD NEVER BE ONE. I have ALWAYS fought for the individual and for the oppressed - this is my
motivation and always has been.
Former prosecutors advertise that they have an advantage because they "know how the other side
thinks." This is not true. Only by engaging in constant adversarial combat, does one learn how the other
side thinks. Only those who are willing to fight to the finish - to go to trial - these are the attorneys who get
the best results for their clients. I have represented over 1,200 clients, almost every single one of these
people were often delighted, if not absolutely thrilled with the results.
